GORDON FRALEY
Partner
Gordon brings 25 years of institutional and entrepreneurial real estate experience. Prior to co-founding Assembly, he was a Partner at Altus Realty where he led more than $850 million in acquisitions, repositioning, and development of office, multifamily, hotel, and lifescience investments. Before Altus, Gordon spent 17 years at Vornado Realty Trust and The Kaempfer Company where he led development including the Crystal City master plan that became Amazon's HQ2 and the 2.5 million square foot Waterfront Station development.
Gordon earned his MBA at Wharton and his undergraduate degree at the University of Virginia.
ISAAC METZGER
Partner
Isaac brings 17 years of experience in real estate investment, asset management, and capital markets. Prior to co-founding Assembly, he was a Senior Vice President at Grosvenor - Property Americas, where he led the firm's eastern US investment platform, running a 17-property portfolio worth $1.3B across office, residential, and retail, and steering $880M of transaction activity. Before Grosvenor, Isaac was at Vornado Realty Trust and JBG Smith, where he oversaw a 3.9M square-foot office portfolio and contributed to the $8.4B Vornado/JBG merger.
Isaac earned his MBA at Northwestern's Kellogg School and his undergraduate degree at the University of Michigan.
